Visiting International College Students

If you are an international student who is currently enrolled in either an accredited U.S. college or university or in an accredited college or university elsewhere in the world, and if you are in good standing, you are eligible to enroll in Duke Summer Session as an International Summer Scholar. Whatever your chosen course of study, you will be able while you are here to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Duke University and Durham, North Carolina, and develop friendships with individuals from around the world.

Choose the program that works best for you. You may enroll in the 4-week intensive experience and complete one class for academic credit. Or, you may attend the 6-week traditional term and enroll in two classes. We strongly recommend that you check with your academic advisor or your institution’s registrar if you wish to transfer credit back to your home college or university.
